Very disappointing! We have had 2 cars ceramic coated with auto wax works with their ultra and exo coating. I’ve also had one car topped up only 6 to 8 months after having had it coated. Sadly the top up coating failed (their words not mine) after only 5 months. However, instead of keeping a good customer and fixing the issue they have decided to offer a discount rather than a full fix. Have got to say for a company which you pay a premium for their service, they don’t seem to care about the customer. Clearly once they have your money, they’re happy to leave you!

We’d like to clarify that the coating applied to your vehicle is a Gtechniq product, and any performance-related warranty is provided and assessed directly by the manufacturer. As approved installers, we follow their application process and guidelines, but warranty decisions ultimately sit with them. That said, we didn’t want to leave you without support, which is why we offered a goodwill contribution toward resolving the issue. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but covering a full reapplication independently would mean absorbing the full cost of a manufacturer-backed product outside of their warranty terms.
