Very disappointed with this detailing service. The interior still had dust and stains, and the exterior wash looked rushed. Definitely not worth the money.
We take customer feedback extremely seriously, however we have no record of this person ever using our services. Cleaner Cars Ltd operates in the UK and does not provide services in Pakistan. A fellow local valeting company actually brought this review to our attention after noticing that the same account left a 1-star review for us while posting a 5-star review elsewhere at the same time. We have since been shown a message from this individual offering to sell large numbers of reviews to UK businesses, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of this post. As a result, we have reported the review to Google for investigation. If the reviewer believes they are a genuine customer, please contact us directly with the vehicle registration and date of service so we can look into the matter properly.
