Don't reply to emails If you advertise a way to communicate, then please use it, otherwise remove that option. <Edit> Just seen the response. I still didn't receive a reply to my online query. This is normal behaviour because I'm not a returning customer? Wait, what!? Also, "harsh to leave a negative review", when the only response is their reply here, but no reply to my email query.

We work tirelessly for the clients we do work for and maintain thousands of positive relationships as we have for nearly 20 years in business.
