I used them because of the reviews and completely appreciate my car seats were in bad state, but I’m sorry, after everything had dried properly I’m seeing way too much of the same stains and dirt from before. For £150 for just inside, I’m expecting a much better job, not just being told depends on how long the stains were there for. Or at least tell me from the completion on the first visit, look you’re gonna need more treatment the stains are going to be visible in 2 weeks time again. We always aim to manage our customers’ expectations from the outset, and as discussed at the time, certain types of staining can require multiple treatments to achieve further improvement. Unfortunately, these results cannot always be fully achieved within a 3-hour service.
