Jordan and Steve had my van for over 5 months to complete a full PPF. Steve thought it was a good idea to jack my van up in the middle so he could take both wheels off at the same time. The result was both sides of my floor pushed up enough that the side sliding doors are now rubbing on the floor pan. Over £8000 worth of damage. Jordan admitted fault until he seen the repair bill now won't answer my calls or emails. BEWARE.

You returned to us +6 months after your Vehicle was handed back to you, to highlight some concerns over your sliding doors ‘rubbing’ on the sills. This is an issue that would have been present immediately should it have been caused here at JDW. We took the time to highlight to you the jacking points that two people with a combined +40 years of industry experience would have used, which were not the locations in question. From this point, JDW never admitted any liability or fault for this matter, however as a reputable company we did advise that we will assist you in trying to resolve the matter. There was an offer of a goodwill gesture if you truly believed your claims. We did arrange for your Vehicle to be assessed at a paint & body shop that we approve, who provided a quote. At this point, we passed over your information to our legal and claims team. This is the most important point here. You were contacted by our legal and claims team, advising that we never accepted fault and you were to provide information if you wish to raise a claim and also provide evidence of why you think this damage occurred at JDW. — Our legal and claims team never received any response from you — We have internal records of communications from JDW to our legal and claims team which highlight our efforts to follow up your situation, in this email thread we were advised that they received no response from you. We also have a recorded telephone system that can trace all incoming telephone communications, to which we do not believe any efforts to call us have been made. We have also looked across our email system and found the same, no email communications have been received from yourself following the attempted contact from our legal and claims team. Due to the lack of response from yourself, our Insurer, who had raised a query due to our advice, closed the case as a legal claim was never raised. We now have our legal team looking in to your false review which contains defamatory information, naming individuals and false claims against JDW. We kindly request that your false review is removed, if not we will instruct our legal team to move forward with their next action against this. Jordan Director
