Mavin Detailing

I took my Megane R26 to Mavin detailing after speaking to Jay on a couple of occasions regarding Lanoguard being applied to the underside of my car. Jay is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in all work undertaken. He was happy for me to examine the before & after comparison of the car whilst it was on the ramp. Unfortunately, I could not attend for that so was provided with a before & after video to confirm the work done, which was great. Had my car in for a stage 1 detailing , de chrome and window tint . Jay and his team are so professional and a pleasure to deal with . Cannot recommend highly enough , they have done an incredible job.

I had my car with Mavin Detailing for a couple of days during which they did two stage paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detailing and got rid of a single door ding. The result was great! The paint correction removed off all the micro scratches (the swirly marks from 10 years worth of washing the car in a carwash) and brought back the original shine to the body — the paint is now as good as new. The interior detail was meticulously done. The natural leather of the seats looks clean and gained that natural matte look that you get when the car is new. And the door ding is gone, so

I booked in for a dent repair and no one was there. They called someone and I had to wait for him to come and do it. I pointed out that the dent was still there and he said it was impossible to fix but he had removed the high spot. I then took my car somewhere else and they told me that the previous 'repair' had made it worse. The other place fixed it and it was completely unnoticeable. The owner of Mavin is a nice guy and I think this man they get in to do dents is not representative of Mavin and they need to find someone who can actually fix dents.

Super impressed with customer service - friendly and knowledgeable - 100% happy Jay was friendly and approachable from the moment I emailed pictures of the problem bonnet of my Mini. The silver stripes had become very worn and were in need of repair. I knew I wanted to replace the stripes but it couldn’t cost the earth given the value of the car itself. Following advice from Jay, I am super happy with my new stripes! The deep roof clean (and protection) and mini valet have seen me through the Winter months.
