Following my original review, the business publicly replied by posting my full home address without my consent and stated they would come to my house to “resolve” the issue. This was extremely concerning and completely inappropriate. I have asked for my address to be removed and reported this to Google and the relevant authorities due to privacy and safety concerns. After using it for commuting throughout the Winter, I've just treated my Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 to a 'Full Valet' by Rachel of MK Pro Detail, to remove the Winter grime. I had a recommendation from a friend to take a look at MKProdetail and I’m glad I did. The paint on our car - which happens to be the worst colour for showing imperfections in my opinion - black - needed some TLC to remove holograms. From the initial contact with Rachel who gave advice on the different options to dropping off with Lewis - it was a pleasure dealing with this family business. The end result from the preparation & ceramic protection are absolutely stunning and has brought new life into the finish of the car.

Caravan cleaned by Rachel in the storage site and transformed it from a dirty grimy mess into a nice shiny van all without fuss or complication. Recommended
