I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star. I had my car dechromed absolutely terrible. I traveled an hour away to get this done. I left it with them to do. I came back when it was ready. I had to point out a load of mistakes including them had to do the roof rails as was bubbling. Also patching up inside the doors. They also put blade marks in my roof which they claimed the did not to which is pretty obviously they did it to cut the wrap. Where they joined the wrap on the roof rails the join was there you could see the join it was peeling off I. They were saying it’s ment to be like it filling me with rubbish saying sun will hide it etc. they offer to do it again I refused it don’t want more damage and to keep going back and four. It took them a week to reply even tho they were reading my messages. Told me not to come up as they were closed so I just turned up and they were open so they lied. I would NOT recommend this place. There were also other people up there complaining about bubbling under they wrap aweful pic 1 2 3 where please marks are Pic 4 is on the roof rail circle in place where they cut the wrap to goin They are probably going to reply to this and say it’s all lies DO NOT USE

Have emailed them twice and they’ve just ignored me. If you don’t want my business then say, don’t ignore me.

Took a deposit off me then moved the dates about 6 times asked for deposit back and got harassing text .messages. avoid this company at all cost DO NOT USE. I'm that annoyed that I've made posts on facebook about it and will go out of my way now to spread the word and share my posts on every site I can as this company is a joke AVOID AVOID DO NOT USE. Very disappointed with my experience. I took my Mazda 3 here for a remap and after the work the car started developing serious problems, including rattling on startup, shutting off when put into gear, fault codes appearing, and drivability issues. I returned the car, but from my experience no meaningful changes or proper fix were made. I was told the issue was related to injectors, however I had them checked and was informed they were fine. Since the remap, I have also faced major issues involving the PCM/TCM and the car has become unreliable, leaving me with stress, wasted time, and extra costs trying to diagnose everything. The most frustrating part is that communication stopped — my messages and calls are no longer being answered. Based on my experience, I feel misled and unsupported after paying for a service that appears to have caused more problems than it solved. I would advise others to be very cautious and make sure everything is fully explained, tested, and supported before agreeing to any remap work.

Always had work done there and looked after me well really good really good people
