NJ Detailing

Very disappointed, i booked through SV detailing for a mobile interior valeting service, however no one turned up. Upon calling i was told this service is not offered (other reviews beg to differ) , it is then that i realise that SV detailing no longer exists and it’s now run by NJ detailing. No apology or attempt to resolve the confusion, poor customer service.

I booked online and received a confirmation text, I was able to drop off my car on the same day without any hassle and collected it just three hours later. I’m really pleased with the experience. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating throughout. And really pleased with my car. I would definitely book again. Thank you

Booked online, got a text really quickly with a much sooner booking. Brought in a frankly pretty gross Skoda that probably hadn't had a clean since it drove off the lot in 2007 Got the interior valet. Now it feels like a car I actually want to sit in. Great work, highly recommend
