Very disappointed, i booked through SV detailing for a mobile interior valeting service, however no one turned up. Upon calling i was told this service is not offered (other reviews beg to differ) , it is then that i realise that SV detailing no longer exists and it’s now run by NJ detailing. No apology or attempt to resolve the confusion, poor customer service.

Very harsh 1 Star View. This customer had booked using our online booking system, but sadly didn’t book a mobile service had booked for drop off (even tx directly showing this) advise customer NJ’s doesn’t have a van so we couldn’t offer mobile service. Offered other dates, and even a contact number for a mobile guy. We pride ourselves on our ratings and to get a 1 star for a mistake that wasn’t us hurt.

I booked online and received a confirmation text, I was able to drop off my car on the same day without any hassle and collected it just three hours later. I’m really pleased with the experience. The customer service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating throughout. And really pleased with my car. I would definitely book again. Thank you

Booked online, got a text really quickly with a much sooner booking. Brought in a frankly pretty gross Skoda that probably hadn't had a clean since it drove off the lot in 2007 Got the interior valet. Now it feels like a car I actually want to sit in. Great work, highly recommend

5 STAR! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Booked my new Suzuki Jimny Sierra in for the New Car Package with Nick after years of walking past the garage on my way to the gym and admiring the consistently high standard of work. I couldn’t be happier with the results! 😍 The car looks incredible - the shine is amazing, and the black plastic looks brand new again. ✨ The Gtechniq bag is a great bonus, and Nick took the time to explain exactly which products to use to keep everything looking its best.
