They had some damaged items for sale. i agreed a price to buy 5 with them and started to make arrangement for collection. I recevied a call later and told if i didnt by all of them (28) then no deal. Apparently it was the area manager's decision. It would of been good if they could of helped a local hobby group but no. The girl i spoke to was really nice.

I realy wanted to deal with spandex purchased a few rolls of vynal but I've realy had to chase for a cash or credit account don't mind which to no avail seems they don't care , on top of that some of that prices were fairly high compared to what we are paying, rep told me it's not a race to to bottom. W ,S a competitor on the other hand have been amazing not cheap by any means but customer service has been amazing, mid size rap and sign shop obviously not important enough, come on spandex months gone by still no reply 😬
