Got a price to have some work carried out alough i will agree friendly and helpfull staff, less than a week later I returned as I said I would so they could measure it up fully with it being alot smaller than we thought the price more than dubbled in less than 5 days,
Hi Colin thank you for taking the time to feed back how you felt having taken the time to visit our centre today, we are sorry you left feeling this way. We invite people to visit our centre with the vehicle to ensure we can provide them with an accurate price for the work they are looking for. By doing this in person means we can look over the vehicle, talk through and measure up correctly as well as provide any suggestions and/or work within any budget requirements. The original quote we provided was a rough quote based on 3 printed and cut graphics. The quote we provided today included the 3 printed and cut graphics, printed on perforated setting up the artwork plus chevrons. We are always looking to improve the experience people have with us. Taking on board your feedback we will ensure we make it clearer around the options/costings differences subject to which type of print you go for (regular, perforated, etc) plus any print work will require a set up cost as early as possible in any conversation.
