Signed us up to a monthly service, then didn’t reply to communications when consistently chased. When approached for a refund advised we were not eligible as we hadn’t stuck to the “monthly” agreement even though we have evidence showcasing months/weeks of chasing business owner to provide service and not responded. Wouldn’t encourage people to utilise their services.
Hi Melanie, While you were involved in scheduling work for Chris, you were NOT THE CUSTOMER and not the contracting party, so your review does not appear to be based on a genuine customer experience. Throughout the year I adjusted to multiple last minute changes and completed the contracted services up to the point where your side cancelled and appointment and no further dates were confirmed. I am to clarify the full service history directly with the actual customer whenever needed.
