Impossible to get through to anyone, the phone number always go to an answer machine and they never return calls. Same with email and contact form…. How hard can it be to become a customer? This is my last attempt of getting any form of response… Will gladly replace the 1 star assuming someone comes back to me. (And I wanted my whole car done including windscreen)

I cannot recommend enough the team and craftsmanship of the team at Xpel Biggleswade. My second time using the team for PPF and ceramic coating on my car and such an amazing job. Joss Garley and Bob Jacksons were so great looking after everything, sorting out a courtesy car, booking in at short notice and carrying out the work & even hanging on for me to get back to them on my to collect the car..(thanks Joss much appreciated!!)
