Stefan and his team were exceptional. I had stone chips to the PPF on the bonnet of my Taycan Turbo S. Stefan provided clear communication and managed my expectations as to whether the stones had damaged the paint underneath. Fortunately there was no paint damage and Stefan was able to prepare and reapply the PPF to the bonnet. He even took the time to show me how the film should be finished off properly (it hadn’t been done so by the previous company). Had a Ceramic Coating on my Matt paint and the wheels. The car was returned fully cleaned inside and out on completion. Stefan is extremely helpful, professional and informative during the entire process. It’s hard to come across such a high standard or work and customer service these days. I absolutely love the finish on my car well worth every penny.
